Situated on the outskirts of Manod near the centre of Snowdonia National Park is this delightful 18th Century, stone-built terraced property. Set amidst the incredible mountain scenery, this charming little cottage boasts glorious views of this breathtaking region, as well as a number of original features. With exposed wooden beams, an original flagstone floor and a large inglenook fireplace and multi-fuel stove, this wonderful property is full of character. With so much to do in the surrounding area such as trips to Porthmadog, Black Rock Sands and Bodnant Gardens, visitors will be spoiled for choice.
Accommodation
Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, CD player. Electricity and starter pack of fuel for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate available. Off road parking available for 1 medium size car only. Small terraced garden with patio with garden furniture and mountain views. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 1.5 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are 13 steep steps to the rear patio/lawn level, so the garden is not suitable for the infirm or young, unsupervised children. |
